Shipping Services

All items are sent with Royal Mail unless otherwise specified. These are the standard delivery services I use:

UK - Tracked 24

1-2 working days

Europe - International Tracked

3-5 working days

Rest of the World - International Tracked

5-7 working days

For custom and made to order items allow time for the piece to be made. Check before ordering if you would like something to arrive before a certain date.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery before 1pm - £10

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery before 9am - £15

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery - £15

Returns

There is a 90 day return policy. Please specify if the item is faulty or just no longer required. Free UK returns label using this link via Royal Mail:

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your items.

Please remember to keep the Proof of Postage Certificate. If your parcel gets lost on the way back to us, we will need to obtain a copy of this to issue a refund.

• Returned goods will be credited if returned in their original condition and packaging

• For special order items, such as bespoke orders please contact me first.

• Pierced items such as earrings and nose rings CAN be returned

• Goods accepted for return will be credited at the price on the date of invoice

• We will only refund return postage for goods not required if returned in less than 180 days

• If the Royal Mail Returns is used and the return is over 180 days, we will deduct the cost of the label from your refund

• If you are returning an item due to a fault of ours, we will always refund postage charges but would ask that you use the Royal Mail Returns process as above or allow us to select the return method

• If you request a refund, this will be normally processed within one working week
